SHIPPING POLICY

International Shipping
Shipping Method: Silver Fox Collectibles ship our packages out via EMS, FedEx or UPS. The preferred carrier for international shipments is EMS.

International customers can request to change their preferred carrier to UPS or FedEx.
Note: UPS & Fedex, international ship rates can be 20-30% higher.

International shipping charges are calculated by dimensional weight and country of destination. You will be provided with a ship quote once you place an order.

International Destinations: Customs fees, sales taxes, etc., are not included in your purchase price and may be charged by your countries customs office.

In some cases, these duties and customs fees are collected by the carrier.

It is your responsibility to investigate the amount of taxes and duties you will owe prior to your shipment. If a package is refused due to excessive import fees and duties, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees that the carrier will charge Silver Fox Collectibles to return the package.

If Silver Fox Collectibles is unable to have the item returned due to a package refusal a refund will not be issued.

Silver Fox Collectibles Support is there to help you , but please know, we reserve the right to refuse any future orders for repeat offenders of 'package refusals' especially refusals on international shipments.
